FAQ
Do I need to give DNS access?
No. The validation app uses public DNS information and the setup details you provide.
Can this guarantee my emails reach the inbox?
No. MailCheck can identify common authentication and configuration risks, but inbox placement depends on more than DNS.
What is SPF/DKIM/DMARC?
They are email authentication records that help receiving mailboxes understand whether a sender is allowed to send for a domain.
Why would I need monitoring after fixing records?
Email setup can break when domains, DNS providers, email tools, or marketing platforms change. Monitoring is intended to catch regressions.
Can agencies check multiple domains?
Yes, the agency beta is intended to validate multi-domain and client-reporting workflows.
Does this work with Brevo/Resend/Mailgun/SendGrid/Google Workspace?
The app is designed around common provider combinations, including Brevo, Resend, Mailgun, SendGrid, Postmark, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, Klaviyo, and common DNS providers.
Is this for transactional or marketing email?
Both. The form captures whether you send transactional, marketing, newsletter, invoice, support, cold outreach, or internal business email.
What happens after I submit my domain?
The submission creates a lead for manual review. If qualified, we can send a mini-report or follow up about a paid beta option.
